Terms and Conditions
Minimum installation charge
per job of 2 hours worked (all personnel).
Minimum tear down and packing
charge per job of $45.00.
Design services, labor, and
materials are subject to local and state sales tax.
A deposit of 2 hours is due at signing of the customer agreement. All
remaining charges are due upon completion.
All materials charged at current
retail rates and payable in advance of work, unless purchased
during work.
Custom design materials may incur
additional shopping charges.
Customers are
welcome to purchase or supply their own decorations.
Customer supplied materials may
incur additional charges for repair and/or cleaning.
Installation materials charged at
cost and have a minimum charge for these incidentals.
Tear down and packing are
charged per person. Packing materials and boxes can either
be supplied by the customer, or sold by America at Home.
*Rates include products
and services for interior holiday decorating. Exterior
decorating is limited to wreaths, garlands over doors and
windows, and minor lighting enhancement, at the discretion
of the designer. We do not install exterior lighting in
trees, shrubbery, sidewalks, bordering windows or roofs, or
any other type of garden decorating as part of our services.
